Welcome & introduction
Hello everyone and Happy CSD, Berlin!
It's wonderful to see so many of you here - so colourful, so loud, so proud!
I am Lycarion L. Van Darkfly , 2nd Vice Chairman

This is Neo Nordstern, 1st Deputy Chairman
Responsible for event planning and preparation, a girl for everything
from the association Pups and Dogs Berlin-Brandenburg e.V.
We are really looking forward to celebrating with you here today!
Who we are and what we do
A very special thanks goes to Deutsche Aidshilfe - not only for the invitation
today, but also for your tireless work, your commitment and your support
for our community. Thank you for being there!
Our association Pups and Dogs Berlin-Brandenburg has existed as a registered organisation since 2023.
Association.
Our aim is to provide a platform for the Puppy community in Berlin and Brandenburg
- for exchange, for events, for visibility.
We organise regular events such as our regulars' table, the Puppy Walk and the
Puppy Games.
In addition, there are co-operations such as Paws United and Quälgeist Berlin e.V.
We also use our channels to advertise other events - CSDs, community
Meetings, workshops and more.
Education, visibility & community
Education is also an important part of our work:
What is Petplay?
What do you need for this - or not?
What does it mean to be a Puppy?
And: Is petplay "just" a fetish?
We often hear this last question in particular. And also: "Do puppies even belong on the
CSD?"
Our answer is quite clear: Yes!
The CSD emerged from the Stonewall riots - from a protest in which
TravestyTravesty refers to a stage and art form in which people slip into the role of another gender and playfully or overtly portray it. Mehrleather, being trans and much more was dismissed as a "fetish".
Fetishes have always been part of CSD - and they are still part of it today.
But puppy play has long been more than just a fetish.
We meet in public - for example, every first Saturday of the month for a regulars' table
in the pretzel or in the zoo.
Our Puppy Games for Easter and Folsom are open to everyone - to get to know each other,
Networking, having fun.
We have a buddy system for new puppies to make it easier for them to get started.
And we have adopted a contact bracelet system that is based on a traffic light system.
based - for more security and clarity in dealing with each other.
With the support of the Order of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, we endeavour to
also to educate ourselves more about sexually transmitted diseases - openly, honestly
and without shame.
Because awareness protects - and visibility saves lives.
The Puppy movement is growing - in Germany too.
Puppy Play knows no gender, no age limits, no pigeonholes.
We are playful, we are loud, we are visible - and we are part of this community!
Thank you for allowing us to be here today.
Thank you for seeing us.
And: Happy Pride!
