As well as condoms, there are now other safer sex methods available to protect against HIV, namely PrEP and protection through treatment.

It’s up to you to decide which safe sex method suits you (at the moment). You don’t have to commit to one method once and for all; you can choose according to the situation and stage of your life. You can also use several methods at the same time.
