What can cities do to prepare for synthetic opioids?
The DROGENKURIER is the magazine of the JES Federal Association. The Drogenkurier presents developments in drug and health policy. As a self-help medium, many of the articles are written by women and men who use drugs themselves or are undergoing substitution treatment. The articles in DROGENKURIER are not limited to critical comments, but also present their own ideas and suggestions for changing or adapting services and structures. New drug consumption rooms are no longer a rarity. However, the fact that a self-help organisation has been given responsibility for a drug consumption room is certainly a novelty. We are therefore delighted to be able to report more information about the new drug consumption room in Cologne-Kalk on page 20.
This issue also looks at the development of substitution treatment and gives you an insight into the JES network, its people and its work.
